As Employee Benefits Programs Manager, you will lead the design and ongoing administration of employee benefit programs that support retention, fairness, and fiscal discipline. This role exists to ensure our offerings remain competitive, compliant, and clearly understood across the organization. Key responsibilities include program strategy and governance; vendor and plan oversight; compliance management; cost analysis and budgeting; benchmarking against peer organizations; benefits communications; and employee counseling on benefits questions.
