Requirements
- Proven experience in employee benefits sales within the insurance industry, preferably in the middle market.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, including health, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits.
- Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and drive results.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide tailored employee benefits solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design comprehensive benefits packages that meet client needs.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with C-suite executives and HR professionals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the most relevant advice.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
