Requirements

  • Superior numeric skills with a high level of interest in working with data.
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills, with extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills – is strong in Excel (charts, formulas, graphs, and pivot tables) and able to learn new systems and programs.
  • Intuitive and an independent thinker.
  • Handles many simultaneous projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Operates in a fast-paced, energetic environment and welcomes change.
  • Proactively anticipate needs and prioritize action steps.
  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent required
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in benefits administration, financial analysis, and the like preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review and Audit EB carrier commissions.
  • Ensuring all New Business/AOR’s accounts are confirmed and received within 2 months of effective date.
  • Verifying all commissions in EPIC and BP are posted timely, to the correct account and policy, and following up on all accounts/policies where commissions have not been received.
  • Acctuse Account – help track unposted and mis-posted commission revenue within GUS, research and collect commission revenue for GUS that has posted or has been deposited to another HUB.
  • Monitor extremely detailed excel spreadsheet generated from HFC data
  • Zero-dollar transactions – reverse and repost HFC commissions due to incorrect commission splits
  • Digital policy updates – set-up/renew/replace digital policies in BP monthly
  • Organic Growth Analysis – analyze data monthly to be submitted to accounting for submission with month end closing
  • Various operational projects as requested
  • Assist EB Financial Operations Manager as needed
