Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Data Associate Architect (ADA) to join their growing team. The ADA will be responsible for key operational aspects for the National Employee Benefits Technology (EBTech) Department, focusing on working with configuration teams (data/EDI and implementation architects) for low to moderate complexity customers. This role includes mentoring less experienced teammates to guide them in continuous process improvement, meeting quality expectations, and production deadlines. Additionally, the ADA will play a key role in addressing technical inquiries across EBTech’s benefits administration software platforms. The successful candidate will leverage system development knowledge, health and welfare expertise, and project management experience to implement new customers and expand existing relationships. This position offers opportunities to grow supervisory, project management, consulting, customer management, leadership, health and welfare knowledge, and business acumen, with a core responsibility to ensure tasks are completed with high quality and timeliness.
