About The Position
Our client, a well-known regional law firm with a national presence, is seeking a mid- to senior-level Employee Benefits attorney for the firm’s Upstate New York offices. Remote arrangements will be considered. The ideal candidate will have four to ten years of experience with Employee Benefits law. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong academic background. Enthusiasm for client service and initiative are essential.

Nice To Haves
- Experience with all areas of employee benefits, including but not limited to, ERISA
- Experience with the design, establishment, maintenance and operations of various retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans
- Knowledge of employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
