About The Position

The Employee Benefits Associate is an early-career professional in a structured rotational program designed to build broad Employee Benefits business knowledge and develop future-ready talent. Rotations across Underwriting, Operations, Product, Client Implementation, and Sales provide practical experience and opportunities to contribute to meaningful business work while learning how Employee Benefits solutions support employers, brokers, clients, and employees. The program concludes with a cross-functional capstone and placement into an approved role based on business needs, demonstrated capabilities, interests, and rotation outcomes. Associates complete structured assignments, learn how business functions work together to deliver products and services, and develop an understanding of customers, products, business strategy, culture, and systems. The program includes coaching, cohort check-ins, applied learning, leader sessions, and mentor partnerships. Associates present work products and key learnings at the end of each assignment, contribute to a capstone demonstrating business knowledge, collaboration, and problem-solving, and support transitions by documenting work, transferring knowledge, and completing deliverables. Applicants should be pursuing an undergraduate degree and graduating in spring 2027.
