About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager with expertise in self-funding and large group accounts to join a team. This role requires a dedicated professional who can manage accounts from A-Z, including servicing and marketing, while providing exceptional client support. Requirements

  • Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of handling self-funded and large group accounts.
  • Strong understanding of self-funding and large group insurance processes, including quoting, servicing, and marketing.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • A tenured professional with a "rockstar" attitude, ready to contribute to a growing and supportive team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of account servicing and marketing for self-funded and large group accounts, ranging from 100 to 500 lives.
  • Handle new and renewal business quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide exceptional client support and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with producers and other team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
