About The Position

As a member of the Huron corporate team, you’ll help to evolve our business model to stay ahead of market forces, industry trends and client needs. Our accounting, finance, human resources, IT, legal, marketing and facilities management professionals work collaboratively to support Huron’s collective strategies and enable real transformation to produce sustainable business results. As an Employee and Community Experience (ECE) Coordinator, you’ll assist in executing Huron’s global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy. This role will support the execution of service activities and corporate giving initiatives. The ECE Coordinator will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to coordinate program activities and help track results to achieve Huron’s CSR goals. The ECE Coordinator will be able to coordinate across departments, partner with various levels of global stakeholders, and properly leverage the talents of our employees. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable working on several projects at once.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across all levels.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or program support role, preferably within a corporate social responsibility (CSR) department or non-profit organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including the implementation of small and large-scale activities (such as overseeing volunteer opportunities and event coordination).
  • Demonstrated experience in event coordination, project administration, and data management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CSR software (ex. Benevity) is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in CSR efforts, trends, reporting and programs that impact both corporate reputation and community is preferred.
  • Experience using CoPilot or Claude is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of remote/virtual and in-person service and philanthropic events, including managing administrative processes, event logistics, and post-event support.
  • Administer and execute activities and initiatives related to the Huron’s “Helping Hands” program.
  • Act as a Helping Hands liaison to committees, networks, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
  • Assist with day-to-day management of CSR initiatives related to collection and reporting of relevant data and metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide administrative support for all CSR-related communications.
  • Conduct research to inform CSR strategies.
  • Execute team project plans and existing processes with the ECE team, collaborate with other departments on special projects as needed, and analyze opportunities to develop and improve upon those projects.
  • Assist with budget tracking.
