Working hours are primarily from 9 to 5 pm ET; during the training program the Employability Coach will need to be available for 1 evening (ET) group session per week. This role requires regular video presence during working hours; candidates should have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace. Preference for candidates based in Atlanta, GA or Washington D.C. Annualized salary is dependent on location (range in Atlanta is $55K - $65K, range in DC area is $60K - $70K).
