We are looking for an exceptional Employability Coach to support learners into job placement for the Generation’s JobSprint Program. You will be joining at an exciting time for Generation United States, as we leverage our extensive experience placing learners into jobs to develop and launch a new program offering that can serve a range of jobseekers who require last-mile support to secure employment. The training program is free to learners, part-time, online and mostly asynchronous, with personalized career coaching - by both human coaches (you!) and AI-enabled coaching and feedback tools. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Employability Coach will support learners as they prepare for and conduct their job search, and you will help facilitate their placement into their new role at one of Generation’s employer partners. The Employability Coach will run both group and one-on-one coaching sessions, utilize an online learning platform and coaching software, and work closely with the Employer Engagement Manager to support placement. This is a full-time, fixed-term, 6-month position funded through December 2026; continued employment thereafter is contingent upon the availability of funding. While this role is predominantly remote, there may be quarterly domestic travel and/or in-person events. Working hours are primarily from 9 to 5 pm ET; during the training program the Employability Coach will need to be available for 1 evening (ET) group session per week. This role requires regular video presence during working hours; candidates should have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace. Preference for candidates based in Atlanta, GA or Washington D.C. Annualized salary is dependent on location (range in Atlanta is $55K - $65K, range in DC area is $60K - $70K).
