About The Position

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in helping scale our Go-to-Market organization across the United States, Canada and LATAM. This role is primarily focused on Sales and GTM hiring, while also flexing into other business areas such as Marketing, Customer & Partner Experience, and Technology as business needs evolve. We’re looking for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is energized by building strong talent pipelines, sourcing top talent, and partnering closely with the broader talent acquisition team and hiring leaders to drive hiring success. While this role includes some full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, there is a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline development, and market engagement. This role is for a fixed period from June to December 2026.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within SaaS or high-growth technology organizations
  • Experience recruiting for GTM functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, or Revenue Operations
  • Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates
  • Experience partnering with hiring leaders in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and expertise

Nice To Haves

  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping experience using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other sourcing tools
  • Experience supporting multiple business functions and flexing across teams based on hiring priorities
  • Working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and hiring best practices
  • Experience using ATS and recruiting CRM platforms, with preference for Workday and Gem experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance urgency, prioritization, and candidate experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong business acumen and consultative partnership skills
  • Experience leveraging productivity, collaboration, and AI tools in a digital-first environment
  • Experience working within a high-growth B2B SaaS organization

Responsibilities

  • Drive hiring execution for North America GTM teams, including Sales, Customer & Partner Experience, and Marketing, with flexibility to support other business areas as needed
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key business-critical roles and future hiring needs
  • Leverage sourcing strategies, market research, and recruiting data to identify and engage top SaaS talent
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to align on talent strategy, hiring priorities, and market insights
  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate management
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear, timely, and transparent communication
  • Use recruiting technology and tools effectively, including ATS and CRM platforms such as Workday and Gem
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People & Culture, Compensation, People Operations, and business leaders to drive hiring success
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition process improvements, operational excellence, and recruiting best practices
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Workiva and help strengthen our employer brand across the North American talent market
  • Foster an environment of integrity, inclusion, and fairness aligned with Workiva’s values

Benefits

  • Salary range in the US: $86,000.00 - $138,000.00
  • A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
  • Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
