About The Position

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Emerging Talent Program is designed to give associates a comprehensive understanding of the Buccaneers organization and the roles that support it in the National Football League. Program experiences include a welcome event introducing the organization, monthly sessions with senior executives about their departments and career paths, and an individualized capstone project presented to the senior leadership team during the program’s final weeks. The posting invites rising college juniors and seniors to express interest in a virtual informational conversation with Buccaneers executives, offering students access to organizational experts and insights into different parts of the business.

Requirements

• The virtual informational conversation is open to rising college juniors and seniors.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a welcome event introducing Emerging Talent associates to the organization.
• Meet with senior executives in monthly leadership sessions to learn about their departments and career paths.
• Develop and execute an individualized capstone project throughout the program.
• Present the capstone project to the senior leadership team during the program’s final weeks.
