About The Position

The Emerging Leader Program is an 18-month rotational experience designed to provide Liberal Arts undergraduate students with meaningful exposure to strategic business functions, while accelerating their professional development. Program Highlights include structured learning experiences to build business acumen and technical capabilities, rotational assignments across key areas such as customer immersion, data analytics, product, and support functions, opportunities for continuous personal and professional growth, direct engagement with senior leaders and dedicated mentors, and hands-on opportunities to solve real business challenges through innovative thinking and diverse perspectives. Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

Requirements

• Students graduating in Spring 2027.
• Available to start in July 2027.
• Bachelor of Arts required (dual majors considered; at least one major must be a BA).
• Strong academic performance.
• Proven leadership experience through internships, co-ops, student organizations, volunteer work, study abroad, and/or athletics.
• Proactive, self-starting individuals with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Naturally curious problem-solvers who demonstrate resilience and a “can-do” mindset.
• Collaborative team players with a strong track record of building relationships across diverse environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and initiative.
• Analytical thinkers who are data-driven, with strong communication and presentation skills.
