About The Position

The Emerging Affluent Regional Lead manages a team of licensed advisors in their designated region. The segment is branded as Wealth Connect and focus on clients with less than $250k in investable assets. Regional Managers are responsible for managing and leading our Wealth Connect Advisors, and growing the market share of our emerging affluent within the West region. This role will interact internally with other lines of business market & region leaders to raise awareness and drive referrals for this segment. They will also supervise the activities of the advisors that report to them.

Requirements

  • FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 licenses
  • Typically has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or other related field
  • 10 or more years of Investment experience, preferably Wealth experience
  • five or more years experience in a managerial capacity
  • Thorough knowledge of securities markets and investment products

Responsibilities
