Emergency Veterinarian
About The Position
We are seeking to add an Emergency Veterinarian (ER DVM) to our team. Part-time or Full-time candidates will be considered. The full-time schedule generally consists of three 12-hour shifts per week, while the part-time schedule typically includes 8 to 12-hour shifts, depending on preference. Experienced overnight ER DVMs can opt to work 9 shifts every month / 4-week block. No mandatory on-call shifts! Live and work in scenic Chattanooga! Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree / VMD or equivalent.
- An active veterinary license in the state of TN is preferred, but not required.
- Passionate about practicing outstanding emergency veterinary medicine.
- Passionate about building and fostering a strong team.
- Strong communicator who models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients.
- Some night and weekend shifts are required.
Nice To Haves
- Experienced overnight ER DVMs can opt to work 9 shifts every month / 4-week block.
Responsibilities
- Manage diverse ER caseloads with clinical autonomy.
