Emergency Veterinarian
About The Position
MedVet West Chester is a state-of-the-art 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital located in West Chester, Ohio. We are a proud part of the MedVet family, a network of specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate emergency veterinarian to join our team. Interest and ability to perform emergency surgeries is desired but not required. As an emergency veterinarian at MedVet West Chester, you will be responsible for providing expert care to small animals in need of immediate medical attention. Our new hospital features a state-of-the-art emergency surgical suite, patient rooms, and triage area. You will work closely with our team of experienced veterinary technicians and specialists at MedVet Cincinnati and MedVet Dayton to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
Requirements
- DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Valid Ohio veterinary license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing excellent patient care
Nice To Haves
- Emergency and critical care experience
- Strong surgical skills
Responsibilities
- Providing expert care to small animals in need of immediate medical attention.
- Working closely with a team of experienced veterinary technicians and specialists to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
- Performing emergency surgeries (desired but not required).
