About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Brandon, FL, a thriving suburb of Tampa Bay, is seeking a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join their collaborative and highly skilled team. In this role, you’ll work side by side with board-certified specialists in Avian & Exotics, Oncology, Critical Care, and Surgery, as well as a talented group of ER clinicians and experienced veterinary technicians. Together with hospital leadership, you’ll help deliver gold-standard medicine in an environment built on teamwork, trust, and mutual support, while shaping the continued growth and success of the emergency service. BluePearl Brandon has been proudly serving the community since 2007 as a 6,000 sq. ft. 24/7 hospital known for its excellence in patient care and collaboration. Exciting growth is on the way—an upcoming 2,000 sq. ft. expansion will bring state-of-the-art technology and new capabilities, including three surgical suites, CT, fluoroscopy, two additional treatment suites, and the addition of Internal Medicine and a second surgeon. These enhancements will further strengthen the ability to serve pets and families for years to come. The hospital features digital radiography, endoscopy, arthroscopy, and ultrasound on-site, with CT coming soon and MRI access available through sister hospitals. Across the Tampa Bay market, surgeons round together daily, sharing insights and expertise in a truly collaborative environment. You’ll also have the support of a dedicated critical care team for complex anesthesia and post-operative management, along with access to internship and residency programs, twice-weekly surgery teaching rounds, and mentorship opportunities at every stage of your career.
