About The Position

MercyOne Genesis DeWitt is hiring a registered nurse for its Emergency Department in a weekend package. The nurse provides emergency care by assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, delivering interventions, evaluating responses, and coordinating care. The role serves patients of different ages and backgrounds while maintaining safety, clinical competence, professional standards, and regulatory compliance.

The schedule is a mid shift from 11:00 to 23:30 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with 48 of 52 weekends worked per year. Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing.
• Current Iowa RN license or compact-state licensure as a registered nurse issued or defined by the State of Iowa.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
