About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department. This role requires nurses who are confident managing a diverse patient population, including behavioral health, trauma, emergency, boarding, and critically ill patients requiring ICU-level care. The Emergency Department has 118 beds and a typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6. The patient acuity ranges from stable to critically ill, requiring strong critical thinking and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) or ICU experience (post-orientation)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical care skills and emergency response experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Travelers must reside outside the required local radius guidelines

Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and provide care for emergency and critically ill patients

- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols
- Respond effectively in high-pressure situations
Benefits
- Traveler Pay Rate - $83/hour ($37/hour W-2 taxable , $46/hour non taxable stipend)
- Local Pay Rate - $82/hour
