About The Position

As an Emergency Response Specialist (ERS), you'll be one of the first people to respond when fires, floods, and other property disasters occur. You will support property owners during difficult moments while building relationships throughout the community and helping coordinate the recovery process. This role also serves as a development path into future Emergency Response Coordinator positions. If you prefer variety over routine and enjoy being out in the field rather than behind a desk, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements

Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule

Nice To Haves

Restoration or construction experience
Fire service, EMS, military, or emergency response experience
Insurance or property management experience
Outside sales or customer service experience
Experience in service-based industries

Responsibilities

Respond to fire, water, and storm losses
Support Emergency Response Coordinators on large losses
Independently respond to smaller incidents and assess opportunities
Assist homeowners, tenants, and property managers during emergencies
Build relationships with fire departments, first responders, adjusters, and community leaders
Visit fire stations and participate in community events
Help protect properties from further damage and guide customers through next steps
Represent Paul Davis in the community
Participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends
