About The Position

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a driven, compassionate, and responsive Emergency Response Coordinator to support homeowners and businesses during property emergencies. This role involves responding to leads from emergency notification services, coordinating mitigation and reconstruction services, and guiding customers through stressful situations following fire, water, or storm damage. The position requires residency within Hunt Valley, MD, or surrounding areas and offers uncapped commission potential with realistic earnings exceeding $100,000+ annually.

Requirements

Residency within Hunt Valley, MD or surrounding areas.
Strong sales, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to support time-sensitive customer needs, including reasonable evening, weekend, and holiday readiness.
High self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
Regular in-person presence at the Harrisburg West office will be especially important during the first few months.
Expected to participate in 2-3 Work-in Progress meetings each week - either remotely or in-person.

Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or emergency services sales.

Responsibilities

Respond to leads from real-time emergency lead notification services.
Work closely with residential and commercial customers to coordinate mitigation and reconstruction services.
Be one of the first points of contact for customers after property damage.
Guide customers through next steps and provide reassurance.
Arrive quickly to fire, water, or storm-related losses to consult with impacted property owners.
Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and decision-makers.
Maintain daily readiness, including call-to-action planning and care kit preparation.
Meet or exceed weekly sales activity and meeting goals.
Conduct ongoing prospecting and territory research to identify new opportunities.
Represent SERVPRO Team Wall professionally across all customer interactions.
Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the VP of Disaster Recovery and Emergency Response.
