About The Position

We’re looking for an Emergency Response Coordinator to join our team and serve as one of the first points of contact for homeowners and businesses experiencing fire, water, storm, or other property-related emergencies. Nice To Haves

Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, home services, or emergency services sales is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to real-time emergency leads involving fire, water, storm, and other property damage.
Meet with impacted homeowners, property managers, and business decision-makers to understand their needs.
Help customers navigate the initial steps following a property emergency.
Coordinate mitigation and reconstruction opportunities with customers and internal teams.
Build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, and other key decision-makers.
Conduct in-person consultations and identify opportunities to provide additional services.
Maintain daily readiness to respond to emergency opportunities.
Prepare customer care kits and other resources needed for emergency response.
Prospect within your assigned territory to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct ongoing market and territory research.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, customers, and referral partners.
Meet or exceed weekly sales activity, appointment, and meeting goals.
Accurately track customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity.
Represent the organization professionally in every customer interaction.
Participate in regular work-in-progress meetings and team collaboration.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the growth of the emergency response team.
