About The Position

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a driven, compassionate, and responsive Emergency Response Coordinator to support homeowners and businesses during property emergencies. This role involves responding to leads, coordinating mitigation and reconstruction services, and providing reassurance to customers experiencing stressful situations due to fire, water, or storm damage. The coordinator will be one of the first points of contact for affected individuals and will guide them through the necessary steps.

Requirements

Strong sales, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to support time-sensitive customer needs, including reasonable evening, weekend, and holiday readiness.
High self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
Residency within Harrisburg or surrounding areas.

Nice To Haves

Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or emergency services sales.

Responsibilities

Respond as leads come in from real-time emergency lead notification services.
Work closely with residential and commercial customers to coordinate mitigation and reconstruction services.
Arrive quickly to fire, water, or storm-related losses to consult with impacted property owners.
Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and decision-makers.
Maintain daily readiness, including call-to-action planning and care kit preparation.
Meet or exceed weekly sales activity and meeting goals.
Conduct ongoing prospecting and territory research to identify new opportunities.
Represent SERVPRO Team Wall professionally across all customer interactions.
Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the VP of Disaster Recovery and Emergency Response.
