Physician: Emergency Medicine - McHenry and Huntley, IL
About The Position
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to practice in McHenry, Woodstock, and Huntley, Illinois, in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago. The physician will provide clinical care in an innovative community hospital with advanced resources and technology as part of Northwestern Medicine’s integrated academic health system. Alongside clinical practice, the physician will supervise and instruct advanced practice providers. The role includes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals, hospital privileges at McHenry, Woodstock, and Huntley Hospital, nurse and certified medical assistant support, and use of the EPIC electronic health system. The position is listed at 36 hours per week (0.9 FTE), with a day shift. The stated annual salary range is $295,000 to $368,000; the compensation line gives $295,405 to $368,730 yearly.
Requirements
- Active Illinois medical license and DEA registration.
- Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine.
- Graduate of a fully accredited medical school.
- Successful completion of an Emergency Medicine residency.
