Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding an Emergency Medicine Physician (Part Time) to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan. Requirements
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Active and unrestricted NYS Medical License
Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, diagnose, perform history and physical exams, and treat patients of all ages who present in the Emergency Department with any symptom, illness, injury, or condition.
- Provide comprehensive and quality care to the patients.
- Work collaboratively with nursing, as well as other clinical services in the hospital.
- Complete all assigned administrative tasks/charts, as required by the Department, as well as the hospital.
- Provide clinical teaching and oversight for Residents, Fellows, and Students.
- Must be up to date with clinical skills and knowledge base by regular CME, as well as taking part in regular Departmental teaching activities.
