About The Position
The Staff Pad is hiring Emergency Medicine Physicians for multiple hospitals in Southern Illinois. This role offers high autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong compensation. Opportunities include 24-hour shifts at critical access hospitals or 12-hour shifts. Physician-only coverage is available at select sites.
Requirements
- BE/BC Emergency Medicine
- Strong ER/trauma experience
- Must be comfortable working independently
Responsibilities
- Work independently in an ER/trauma setting.
- Provide physician-only coverage at select sites.
Benefits
- Up to $220/hr (1099) + $20/hr differential
- W2 option available ($200/hr + full benefits + sign-on bonus)
