About The Position
The Staff Pad is hiring Emergency Medicine Physicians for multiple hospitals in Southern Illinois. This role offers physician-only coverage at select sites, meaning no Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) will be present. The position emphasizes high autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong compensation.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
- Strong ER/trauma experience.
- Comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide physician-only coverage at select sites.
- Work independently in the Emergency Room.
- Handle ER and trauma cases.
Benefits
- Up to $220/hr (1099)
- $20/hr differential
- W2 option available ($200/hr + full benefits + sign-on bonus)
- Flexible scheduling
- Full-time or part-time options (3–6 shifts/month)
