About The Position

TeamHealth has an opportunity for a skilled emergency medicine physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our team at Swain Community Hospital in Bryson City, North Carolina. Swain Community Hospital is a critical access hospital with approximately 8,900 annual visits and is an accredited Chest Pain Center with 48 hospital beds. The Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) will primarily work in the emergency department and also be responsible for rounding in hospital medicine while on shift.

Requirements

• Current emergency medicine experience
• Experience working as a sole provider
• ATLS certification
