About The Position

TeamHealth is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their emergency department team at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is a high-acuity, Level II Trauma Center environment with over 34,000 annual ED visits and a 44-bed emergency department. The role involves a collaborative physician and APC practice model, offering the opportunity to manage a broad range of emergency presentations. The facility is a 396-bed tertiary care facility serving northeastern Indiana and northwestern Ohio. The position offers supportive leadership and advancement opportunities through TeamHealth. Requirements

• Experienced NP or PA
• Prior EM experience required
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
