About The Position

Accountable for day-to-day coordinating, planning, general logistics, operations and delivery of Emergency Medical Services in community in adherence Saskatchewan Ambulance Act and Regulations and organization policies, procedures and protocols. Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement. Requirements

• Two (2) years experience as a Paramedic
• Valid Class 4 driver's license
• Intermediate - Computer skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Supervisory skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of EMS Practitioners legislation/protocols/scope of practice
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with the SK Ministry of Health Ambulance Information System.
• Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics at PCP/EMT level
• Be physically fit and able to perform duties as outlined

Nice To Haves

• Experience coordinating, and facilitating adult education is an asset.
