About The Position

This role is for an Emergency Dispatch Operator in Patient Services at the Good Health Solution Center in Austin, TX. The position involves working day and evening shifts, including rotating weekends, with specific hours of 8:30a - 4:30p or 9:00a - 5:30p. The operator will be responsible for answering incoming calls, performing triage of inquiries, responding to telephone and/or internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources according to set standards, collecting relevant caller data for measurement, tracking, and reporting, tracking inquiries and providing resolutions, and performing additional clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and perform triage of inquiries.
  • Respond to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources, following a set standard.
  • Collect relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities.
  • Track inquiries, questions and answers and provide resolution.
  • Perform additional clerical duties as assigned.
