About The Position

Southwest Dispatch Center is hiring Alarm Dispatchers with pleasant phone voices and a proven track record of excellent communication skills to join our team in our 24/7 monitoring department in Spring, TX.

High School Degree or equivalent
Ability to type a minimum of 20WPM with 80% accuracy (will be tested)
Clean criminal background – No Felonies
Pass pre-employment drug screening
Available Shifts: 5am-1pm, 1pm-9pm & 9pm-5am
This position requires the ability to work weekends, overtime, and, if necessary, fill in on other assigned shifts.
Application will be made during training for a Texas Department of Private Security Alarm Monitoring License as a requirement for continued employment and will include an FBI background check and fingerprinting; therefore, applicants with criminal backgrounds need not apply.
