About The Position

The Supervisor is responsible for the direction and leadership, operational, financial, programmatic and personnel activities for the Emergency Department. This includes establishing, meeting and continuously monitoring the goals and objectives while maintaining alignment with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. While the range of duties and responsibilities is broad and varied, the position’s major responsibilities are directing the day-to-day operations, financial management and human resource management. The supervisor works with a variety of leaders, coordinating activities across the organization.

Patient assignments as needed to meet census demands and fluctuations.
