About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. The role requires day-shift availability and flexibility to float between different shifts and locations within the region as necessary. The position is located in Carlsbad, California.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current PALS certification.
• Current TNCC certification.

Nice To Haves

• ENPC certification.
• NRP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Conduct initial assessments and triage patients based on urgency and medical needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the medical team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with relevant policies.
