Your role involves monitoring surveillance cameras, weather emergencies, and inmate arrest statuses while ensuring that communication systems are restored after outages. With the ability to deliver credible testimony in court and your knowledge of law enforcement procedures, city geography, and emergency response protocols, you will be an essential part of a dedicated team working towards excellence in community safety.

Requirements

Proficiency in operating two-way radios
Proficiency in operating computerized databases
Familiarity with enhanced 911 systems
Familiarity with emergency communication protocols
Familiarity with CAD systems
Strong analytical skills
Ability to prepare clear, precise administrative reports
