About The Position
This role involves dispatching police, fire, medical, and airport operations response personnel to both emergency and non-emergency situations, including aircraft emergencies. The position also serves as a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), handling all 9-1-1 calls originating on airport property. Responsibilities include operating all related equipment and managing Communications Center training and documentation.
