Emergency Client Service Representative - Part Time

Emergency Veterinary Care CenterKalamazoo, MI
Onsite

About The Position

At Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC), we show up for pets and the people who love them on some of their hardest days. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, believe teamwork makes the difference, and want to work somewhere your voice truly matters — this could be your place. EVCC was created by veterinarians, for veterinarians — and for the communities they serve. Founded by 36 local general practice veterinarians (many still actively involved today), we were built to support the veterinary community, not compete with it. Currently, EVCC Kalamazoo is open 24 hours from Fridays at 7 AM through Tuesdays at 7 PM, including all holidays that fall within that timeframe. Our #1 goal is to expand to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ensuring pets always have access to lifesaving treatment — weekend or not. But what truly defines EVCC isn’t just what we do — it’s how we do it. WE Lead with compassion, Support each other without ego, Communicate openly and professionally, Value every role on the team, Recognize that emergency medicine is demanding — and take care of our team because of it. We genuinely care about whoever walks through our doors — whether it’s a critical patient, an anxious pet parent, or a teammate who needs support during a tough shift. Emergency medicine is intense. It’s emotional. It’s unpredictable. But it’s also deeply meaningful. As a Client Service Representative, you are often the very first and last interaction a client has with our hospital. You are the steady, compassionate presence in moments of fear and uncertainty. You are not “just the front desk.” You are the heartbeat of the client experience. Your voice matters here. Your growth is encouraged. Your role is essential.
