Responsibilities
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting clients with Care Club and/or the MyVCA app
- Communicating with clients via text message
- Greeting clients and patients with a friendly smile as they check in for appointments, pick up prescriptions, purchase food, etc.
