Responsibilities

• Answering multiple phone lines
• Scheduling appointments
• Assisting clients with Care Club and/or the MyVCA app
• Communicating with clients via text message
• Greeting clients and patients with a friendly smile as they check in for appointments, pick up prescriptions, purchase food, etc.
