About The Position

Part-time tutor to serve in a co-requisite Mathematics class. The tutor will act as a resource for individual students and small groups needing extra support during class activities. Availability for students before and/or after class time is also required.

Requirements

• Completion of a minimum of 12 college or university credits.
• Certificate in any math related course will be considered.
• Good command of the material being taught in the class.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a co-requisite mathematics class as a resource for individual students and small groups of students who need extra support during class activities.
• Provide assistance to students before and/or after class time.
