About The Position

The College of Engineering and Technology at Grand Canyon University (GCU) is seeking passionate and engaging adjunct faculty to teach part-time, face-to-face instruction at its Phoenix campus for the Fall 2026 semester. This project-based course, Embedded Systems and Assembly Language & Lab, will cover the design and implementation of a microcontroller embedded system. Students will learn embedded system architecture, assembly language programming, interfacing to peripherals, interrupt handling, and debugging/troubleshooting techniques and tools. GCU faculty are committed to mentoring students academically, spiritually, and personally, preparing them for careers in IT and Engineering.

Requirements

  • Master's in Electrical Engineering OR Computer Engineering
  • Unofficial transcript reflecting degree earned with 18 graduate credit hours in the areas listed above
  • Unofficial transcripts for any applicable conferred graduate degrees

Responsibilities
