About The Position

As an Embedded Software Engineer in the Space and Intelligence Systems business, you'll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for design, development, and test of specialized solutions that are launched into space and considered by our customers to be national assets. You will be a part of the Scottsdale, AZ location. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
  • 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire.
  • Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Agile experience preferred.
  • Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
  • Proficiency in languages such as C++, C, Python
  • Knowledge of designing networked applications, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
  • Experience with authentication, authorization, and security best practices
  • Knowledge of message queuing systems and event-driven architectures
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Proficient with version control systems such as Git/Gitlab
  • Thrive in a collaborative, security-conscious environment
  • Thorough knowledge of technology trends
