About The Position

Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) offers a range of alternative media management and consulting solutions. We are hiring a Manager of Email and SMS Operations to strategically lead the direction and execution of email campaigns for IMS.

Requirements

• Experience managing and leading a team.
• Expertise in tools used to manage and send emails and SMS.
• Proficiency in coding and sending emails and SMS.
• Knowledge of Bloomreach configuration.
• Ability to ensure clean, efficient, and standards-compliant code.
• Understanding of email design best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Email Development Team responsible for configuring and working in Bloomreach, and coding and sending emails and SMS.
• Establish technical direction for our emails and SMS.
• Serve as an expert in tools used to manage and send emails and SMS.
• Manage the work being done by Email Developers and Email Coordinators.
• Guide the team doing regular maintenance and updates to the different email programs and tools.
• Ensure the email team produces and maintains clean, efficient and standards-compliant code for existing and new platforms.
• Research best practices for email design and tools and actively distribute that information to team members as needed.
