About The Position

Zero Risk Growth (ZRG) is a B2B lead-generation agency that builds advanced AI-powered outbound systems. We partner with high-performing businesses ready to scale. In this role, you will build and maintain scalable outbound email campaigns to generate qualified meetings for ZRG clients. This position requires deep, hands-on Clay expertise for all prospect list building, enrichment workflows, targeting tables, and data operations. You will integrate technical execution, AI-enhanced campaign development, list engineering, and continuous optimization to maintain top-tier outbound performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years writing cold email campaigns
  • 1+ years building workflows, tables, and signals in Clay (Required)
  • Strong AI prompting and AI-assisted marketing skills
  • Experience with list-building tools (Apify, Apollo.io, etc.)
  • Knowledge of deliverability and sending best practices
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong outbound instincts

Responsibilities

  • Hit qualified meeting-booking targets for each client
  • Create targeted, high-performing cold email campaigns
  • Write cold email sequences and develop new angles and messaging
  • Test, optimize, and iterate to maintain strong lead rates
  • Maintain consistent delivery of qualified meetings
  • Source, enrich, and validate prospect lists (Apify, Apollo.io, scrapers)
  • Build highly targeted ICP-aligned lists
  • Ensure data accuracy, structure, deduping, and validation
  • Maintain Clay targeting tables and ensure data integrity
  • Use AI prompting for research, angles, personalization, and testing
  • Build new outbound workflows, automations, and GTM systems
  • Experiment with new AI-driven approaches to improve performance
  • Maintain deliverability, domain health, and sending infrastructure
  • Identify issues early and improve campaigns, workflows, and processes
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on client communication and meeting flow
