About The Position

We are hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to drive qualified pipeline growth through targeted B2B SaaS outreach. This role focuses on executing data driven email campaigns that generate Marketing Qualified Leads and support revenue objectives. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will manage end to end cold email campaigns, from segmentation and sequence building to performance tracking and optimization. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure messaging aligns with ideal customer profiles and campaign goals.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in demand generation, email marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing
  • Hands on experience with email automation and outbound marketing tools
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices and domain management
  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets for accurate segmentation
  • Proven copywriting skills with the ability to craft personalized and persuasive outreach
  • Strong analytical skills with experience running tests and optimizing campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Execute cold B2B SaaS email campaigns using Salesforce and supporting outbound tools to generate Marketing Qualified Leads
  • Build and manage multi-step email sequences, including automated follow-ups
  • Work with large prospect datasets to ensure accurate segmentation and ideal customer profile alignment
  • Execute cold B2B SaaS email campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads
  • Set up and maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations across domains hosted on GoDaddy and Hostinger
  • Manage multiple sender inboxes to maintain strong inbox placement and sender reputation
  • Monitor domain health and deliverability metrics to proactively address issues
  • Write concise, high-response, personalized email copy tailored to different target audiences
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and sequencing to continuously improve campaign results
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics including open rates, reply rates, and conversions
  • Collaborate with Sales to align on lead quality, messaging, and campaign outcomes
  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting to support data-informed decision making
