We’re looking for a full-time Email Marketing Specialist who can turn email into a meaningful revenue channel for our clients. This isn’t a “set it and schedule it” role. You’ll be hands-on in both the strategy and execution of email programs across a portfolio of ecommerce clients, building automated flows, managing onboarding, designing campaigns, and shaping an inbox experience that drives action. You’ll work across platforms like Klaviyo bring a strong design sensibility to every send, and treat performance data as a feedback loop, not a report card. The brands you’ll support are growing DTC and ecommerce businesses that trust us to build systems that generate real revenue. You’ll be responsible for making that happen, from the first welcome flow to a fully optimized retention engine. You’ll also partner closely with our paid media team to ensure email and paid channels are aligned, telling a consistent story across every touchpoint. Your success will be measured by the results you deliver and the quality of your work, not the hours you log.
