Based in Phoenix, AZ, the Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager owns building and evolving programs that drive customer engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue growth across Master Electronics and OnlineComponents.com. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce teams, this role sets the vision for lifecycle marketing while continuously refining programs through testing, insights, and performance accountability to support long-term business goals. Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000

Requirements

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, with HubSpot required and experience with Optimizely/Zaius or similar platforms strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices and regulatory compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, project management, and copywriting skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Five to seven (5–7) years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM-related roles, preferably within B2B and/or eCommerce environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the email marketing strategy and execution across Master Electronics and OnlineComponents.com, with direct accountability for revenue performance and pipeline contribution
  • Set the strategic direction for promotional, educational, and transactional campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals
  • Design and oversee nurture journeys that move prospects from marketing-qualified leads to sales-ready opportunities
  • Partner with Sales on account-based marketing initiatives, supporting key accounts and vertical growth
  • Build, scale, and optimize automated lifecycle programs including welcome series, onboarding, abandonment, reorder reminders, reactivation, and win-back initiatives
  • Lead the development of lead nurturing programs in HubSpot to accelerate pipeline progression and conversion
  • Leverage Optimizely/Zaius to deliver personalized, eCommerce-focused lifecycle experiences that improve engagement and revenue
  • Own audience and lifecycle strategy, including segmentation, suppression logic, lifecycle stage definitions, activation, and reactivation
  • Establish and maintain strong data hygiene and governance, ensuring accuracy, deliverability, and compliance across HubSpot and Optimizely/Zaius
  • Drive list growth and segmentation strategies while ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR standards
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to maximize list-building opportunities across campaigns, content, and events
  • Develop and maintain email and lifecycle performance reporting that supports optimization, executive visibility, and data-driven decision making
