About the position
We are seeking an English-fluent Email Developer based in Latin America to join our team at GoFasti. As an Email Developer, you will be responsible for creating and coding interactive experiences for email using HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices. You will also contribute to the modernization and evolution of our brand, execute complex email campaigns with dynamic content, and troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and performance issues. Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive email coding, and experience with enterprise-level ESPs are required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Utilize HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to create and code interactive experiences for email.
- Advanced knowledge of responsive coding for email.
- Develop/modify email templates and existing campaigns.
- Contribute to the continued modernization and evolution of the brand.
- Apply the best practices in email development, email compliance regulations, and accessibility.
- Set up, test, and launch complex email campaigns with dynamic content.
- Execute email campaigns with a heavy emphasis on customer segmentation, testing protocol, and technical execution.
- Perform QA.
- Ensure identical rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices.
- Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues.
- Proactively work with teammates to improve processes and work methods for greater efficiency.
- Perform coding and database maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements
- Relevant email development work experience
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS
- Advanced knowledge of responsive email coding
- Advanced experience with enterprise-level ESPs (experience with Iterable and Klaviyo is a plus)
- Advanced knowledge working with dynamic variables and content
