Digital Marketing Business Partner

We are seeking an English-fluent Digital Marketing Business Partner based in Latin America to join our team at GoFasti. As a Talent-as-a-Service company, we connect top developers and designers from LatAm with global companies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a proactive attitude towards learning and skill improvement. In this role, you will lead the Digital Marketing and Design team, execute digital strategies, monitor social media campaigns, and stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams within marketing to develop new strategies and campaign ideas.

• Lead the Digital Marketing and Design team in digital strategy execution and implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate social media campaigns, evaluate digital performance on social media platforms including but not limited to, Facebook, Google and Twitter.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely execution on all campaigns.
• Take responsibility and be accountable for aligning work with the key organizational strategic purpose and vision, focusing on core areas of marketing planning.
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and communication.
• Liaise with the Digital team at Corporate and manage day-to-day activities within the digital team in Karachi, undertaking certain administrative tasks as required.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Identify individual and team learning and development needs and plan to meet these in collaboration with HR and Training departments.
• Develop and maintain effective communication systems within the team, promote and support effective teamwork, and create a positive work culture.
• Manage and support team in line with the client policies and procedures including supervision, absence management, disciplinary, etc.
• Work closely with other teams within marketing to brainstorm and create new strategies and campaign ideas.
