Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in email marketing with some exposure to social media marketing.
  • Demonstrated writing ability and hands-on experience drafting and sending campaigns.
  • Strong email copywriting skills with a solid grasp of effective subject lines, body copy, and calls to action, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and quality assurance capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Basic HTML knowledge.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and send email campaigns and newsletters to inform, engage, and drive action across the agent network, ensuring clear messaging, strong structure, and compelling calls to action.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish social media content, monitor engagement, respond to or escalate inquiries, and track performance metrics to maintain an active and on-brand social presence.
  • Analyze email and social media performance data, compile campaign results, and translate them into clear insights to inform future content and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a content calendar, coordinate campaign timelines, and ensure assets, approvals, and deliverables are organized and on schedule.
  • Review all content and creative assets for accuracy, quality, tone, and brand compliance before distribution.
  • Support event-related promotions (webinars, conferences, internal initiatives), help maintain marketing documentation and workflows, and assist with other initiatives as needed.
