About The Position

Matriarch is seeking a dedicated Elite Care Specialist (PRN) to support our growing care team throughout the Nashville area on weekends. As an Elite Care Specialist at Matriarch, you will provide high-quality, individualized nursing care in patients' homes while supporting both pediatric and adult clients with complex medical needs. This PRN role is ideal for a compassionate, adaptable nurse who values patient-centered care and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate, professional, and dependable approach to care
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Confidence with Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) care
• Confidence with Tracheostomy care
• Confidence with Ventilator management
• Experience with Pediatric patient care
• Experience with Adult patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized nursing care in patients' homes.
• Support both pediatric and adult clients with complex medical needs.
• Provide meaningful one-on-one patient care.
• Administer and monitor medications.
